Slugswith Parent Category

Hey all,

I currently have a custom Post called “Neighborhoods” with categories: State (Parent), County (Child). Currently the slug is http://www.website.com/neighborhood/POSTNAME. I’d like to have it setup where it includes the parent and child categories so it looks like http://www.website.com/neighborhood/state/county/POSTNAME.

Is this possible?
