When viewing the plugins table at wp-admin/plugins.php. clicking on
“Enable while troubleshooting” next to any particular plugin only reloads the page and does not enable the plugin for me in troubleshooting mode.
The same is true if I click the “Enable” link next to the plugin name in the Troubleshooting panel notice at the top of the plugins page.
I get the following notice “When enabling the plugin, debug, a site failure occurred. Because of this the change was automatically reverted.” no matter which plugin I attempt to enable and the debug.log doesn’t show any fatal error message.
