Problem with LSCache

I’m testing a plugin called Rate My Post. This is how it looks like when I’m logged in

However, visitors will see this

I have disabled LSCache as instructed here:

It worked! Visitors were able to see the stars, but when I turn if off, it goes back to the problem.

I have tried disabling ALL JS optimization in the JS Settings and it’s not solving the problem.

What else can I do?
