Hello Ad Inserter,
I’ve read the documentation on responsive Adsense ads – from my understanding, you must specific a fixed width/height when inserting “between text”.
In my case, I am using Oxygen (a page builder) to create my blog posts. I tried using Adsense with responsive sizes, but this resulted in ads not showing up (the ad code was successfully inserted as confirmed by Label Blocks, and Google is serving ads as I could see actual ads in debug mode).
I confirmed that responsive sizes is the problem as setting Adsense to fixed size resulted in ads showing up. So my question is, is there any way to get responsive ads working in a page builder context like Oxygen? I only use Oxygen to build the blog post (theme) template, everything else is just plain Gutenberg.
Otherwise, it seems my only alternative is to create either separate desktop/mobile ad units or use Ad Inserter’s code generator to create different ad sizes for the same ad unit.
Kindly let me know what you think the most optimal choice is for my situation.
Thanks,
Tom
