An easy to use contact form that allows you to create good looking, flexible, contact forms. Installed it on several WordPress (and other forked CMS) websites and had no issues with it.
Builder offers everything most people need and more including styles, conditional logic and reCaptcha. Now that’s just amazing for a free form no less!
