Hi @angelo_nwl,

it seems that ACF Frontend (from v3.0.5) is having a conflict with Events Manager, leading to error 404 whatever the redirection is made after a form submission from front end.

I know this sounds weird, but see the below demonstration process.

I contacted ACF Frontend dev team, but they are not able to pinpoint the root cause of the problem without your support & understanding on how Events Manager may interact badly to lead to the problem.

I’m here tossing a bottle into the sea to try to put ACF Frontend & Events Manager dev teams in touch to solve the issue

Here are my tests demonstrating the issue.
Each “+” line is incremental step in the process, behaviour of submitting a form at each step is given after the “=>” sign.

Starting from a fresh WordPress 5.8 with ACF Frontend 2.11.8 + ACF + Elementor + page with new post form built using ACF Frontend+ACF+Elementor.
initial setup => this is working fine (no 404 error)
+ installing Events Manager => this is working fine (no 404 error)
+ disabling Events Manager => this is working fine (no 404 error)
+ enabling Events Manager => this is working fine (no 404 error)
+ upgrading ACF FE to 3.0.5 => error 404 (error is introduced from ACF FE 3.0.5)
+ disabling Events Manager => this is working fine (no 404 error)
+ enabling Events Manager => error 404 (error is linked to a conflict between ACF FE & EM)
+ upgrading ACF FE to 3.0.32 (or any above) => error 404 (error remains whatever the ACF FE 3.x version used)
+ disabling Events Manager => this is working fine (no 404 error)
+ enabling Events Manager => error 404 (confirming the error is linked to a conflict between ACF FE (whatever the 3.x version) & EM)
+ downgrading to ACF Frontend 2.11.8 => this is working fine (no 404 error) (confirming error is introduced from ACF FE 3.0.5)

It does not seem to come from Events Manager itself to my feeling, while a strange interaction between ACF FE & EM seems to exist.

Are you able to give it a look or enter in contact with ACF Frontend dev team (support@frontendform.com, shabti@frontendform.com) ??

Regards
Matthieu
