An added extension to the website link?

Hi guys,
I have an issue which is not that important but it frustrates me.
My website is [ redundant link removed ] but when you enter it adds this extension after /?v=fdbb86f18777, I went through permalinks but it’s all good, idk where this extension comes from, could you please help me?
