Plugin doesn’t show order item in Woocommerce App

Hi, placed on order with a product using the plugin and checked the received order in the WooCommerce mobile app. Unfortunately the item in the order that was defined using the plugin does not appear as an item in the order, but it does on the WooCommerce order page in the WordPress Dashboard. Client will tend to only use the WooCommerce mobile app so items not appearing is a big issue.
