Hello everybody,
I have a problem when I try to connect to WooCommerce (From within the WordPress dashboard). I will try to be as clear as possible to what happens:
1. I click ‘connect’.
2. I get send to a woocommerce.com page where I am asked to log in.
3. I log in with my credentials
4. Woocommerce asks me to either allow / deny (or login with another account.)
> The account that Woocommerce tries to connect me to in step 4 however, is the wrong account. It is an old account that I have made years ago which I have never really used.
5. At this point I try the ‘log in with another account’.
6. I get send to a page asking if I am sure.
7. After pressing ‘log out’, I get sent to the dashboard page of the wrong & old account, of which I don’t seem to be able to log out.
I’ve tried to delete all browsing history, cache, passwords etc. but to no avail. Does anyone know a solution? Because WooCommerce won’t help if you’re not a paying customer, but it is quite hard to become a paying customer if they won’t let you log in to the right account…
