Hi,
We are a church. Since corona outbreak we aren’t unable to collect our monthly donations.
We do NOT have a payment gateway.
But our parishioners willing to transfer money to bank.
So what parish priest suggested is this.
1) We have to enter all “Parish book numbers” to our database as admins(You can think them as adding a Family to database).
2) Create a contact form with some fields (Parish book number, Bank Transaction number, Name, Email, etc …)
3) When user submit the form we need to validate “Parish book number”.
4) If “Parish book number” exist we save the message (we need to see all messages) Else give an error
5) Then we look at those messages and check with bank.
6) If money is in the bank we approve those messages.
7) When we approve those messages an email with generated receipt PDF should be sent to the user.
Is this possible to be done with one or more plugins in wordpress ?
