Hello,
Suddenly all emails sent by the Newsletter plugin (including test newsletters, actual newsletters and sign up confirmations) are not delivering anymore. Just a week ago everything worked fine and we have not made any changes neither implemented any new ways to deliver our messages. I checked with my provider and they said they did not do any changes to our servers either, tho I am still waiting for some proper system logs from them.
In the logs provided by your plugin I can see errors like this: [error] => set_time_limit(): Cannot set max execution time limit due to system policy
and sometimes this: [error] => No error explanation reported
I have tried and if I resend the emails by hand from the smtp plugin we are using, the emails go thru so the problem is only when the Newsletter plugin is trying to send the same emails.
I have also checked that the sent emails/hour aligns with my providers rules, tried different email encoding, tried sending a simpler newsletter (without pictures and links) and tried to send previous newsletters that were successfully delivered before…
