Hello –
We’ve set up the GivewWP donation plugin, and have successfully completed tests as well as a few actual donations, but most users receive the spinning/loading wheel after entering their credit card info and pressing the submit button. The successful donations have all been from users logged into our WordPress site, if that makes a difference.
Users testing from their phones receive “ERROR: Sorry, there was an error. Please be sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled in your browser and try again.”
We are using Stripe and appear to be successfully connected.
Any ideas what may be causing this?
