I have used this tool a lot, and really appreciate it. BUT it shouldn’t be called a migration, or a clone, because It’s not either one of those things! When the result is a mixture of the source site and the destination site, NOT a true copy/clone/migrate of the source site, then it’s useful for some things maybe, but not reliable and trustable for migrating a good site onto a bad one. They should really make this much more clear in the promotional page and docs.
