I have used another plugin ( after going through a few ) for creating site wide discounts and they were either clunky or required additional modifications for it to work for me. ( Hardcoded CSS, HTML, Difficult to change etc ).
This plugin is CLEAN, light weight and does exactly what it is suppose to and does it well, the free version is only limited for two rules, so if you ( as myself ) only intended to use it for global sales, then it is perfect as it is. Even includes customizable Sale/Price labels when products are discounted.
Two things I find an issue and I do not think should affect the rating but are worth mentioning.
– Free version ( not sure if it is in the pro version ) does not play nice with W3 Total Cache, when your sale ends or starts, you will need to clear all caches to ensure the prices change. This definitely could be the way I have W3 Cache configured as well, not entirely sure.
– Would love the feature to update ‘Woocommerce Store Notice’ to match the description giving to the rule when it is active. While the rules can expire themselves, it would be nice to have it disable Woocommerce Store Note and equally update when a new rule is active.
Overall, Amazing. Zero performance issues and the best I have seen yet. 😊
