Few days ago I installed Polylang plugin and Loco translate plugin. Didn’t like the plugins ultimately, so uninstalled both. Ever since though, I’ve been getting daily translation updates from WP. I cannot trace where it’s coming from and why. I don’t see anything in WP about languages. It’s getting irritating at this point.
I reinstalled Polylang. Then, manually deleted all languages except English. Uninstalled. In general > settings I still see 9 additional languages installed under the site language drop down. I already cleared the cache too.
