wp.com still serving images, after jetpack has been removed

Hi,
I removed jetpack a long time ago, but found the following image on another website still working:
https://i0.wp.com/www.littlehouseonthecorner.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/DSC_4999-1.jpg

Who can delete all the littlehouseonthecorner.com content in Photon / site accelerator? As this is no longer used. And I have not given permission to use my image to that website.
