Recently, I had an issue where people couldn’t leave a review on my WooCommerce product. I sent in a support ticket and shortly after I received an email and within hours the problem was resolved. Fast and super easy communication with a full detailed explanation. A very helpful and kind tone in the email too, with the support person leaving their name as well. It just was so easy and this made me so happy. I have been using this plugin for over a year now, and while I have yet to tap into its full potential, this is the first time I have had an issue and it was resolved very quickly. Impressed!
