Since we updated Woocommerce due to the security issue, customers are being asked to enter their address twice (three times if they have a different shipping address). It seems to be linked to the ‘order notes’ section.
If we turn order notes off, they get an error that they haven’t entered ‘address 1’ etc. We can’t find anywhere in the backend where ‘address 1’ is a field (billing and shipping address both call it ‘street address’. ‘Address 1’ only appears when we enable order notes.
It all works fine if i’m logged in as Admin.
We’ve lost around £1k so far this weekend as customers get confused as to why they must enter their address twice for a virtual product and leave the site.
Any ideas?
