Hi,
I´m having problem with events loading on my web. In Facebook Pixel Helper adon for chrome I get warning:
Products Are Missing From Your Catalogs
Retargeting ads can’t run for 1 out of 1 product interactions on this page, because the products people have interacted with are missing from your catalogs.
I review the product status and it´s publicated correctly in the catalogue.
I´ve notice that content_id value detected by Facebook Pixel Helper addon is diferent then the one I intorduced on my web and FB catalogue. Some numbers are added so it might be the reason that it doesn´t work. I attache the sceens.
