You left open 7 tickets from me in you ticket system! I can’t create a new one, new tickets are simply purged after sending, I don’t get any response from your system, ticket is lost.
Please close oldest 3 tickets (or more) they are answered by you!
I need urgend a small customization for a presentation, I pay! But i can’t reach you because your ticket purges any new ticket without warning! See latest ticket, I appended new ticket at end of latest ticket.
