Change sell this item redirection

Hi,
As a vendor, after clicking on “sell this item” on any product, I want to redirect the vendor to a different url or I don’t want the vendor to edit and change the product details which is already added by admin or how can I disable edit product option for vendor. I wonder if you might be able to help get out from this situation, many many thanks in advance.
