If you’re importing orders from shopify (and presumably other items) then this plugin will be completely useless. That is because the developers had the genius idea of requiring a very specific product line format: columns within cells. For example, this format is required or you’re simply SOL: “name:Red Hat|product_id:|sku:003|quantity:1|total:100” and if you’re export is from Shopify, your CSV will NOT have columns within cells, and the support team will suggest to literally go line by line and re-type the entire 3,000 row spreadsheet. You can just forget about it.
