adjust_download_permissions issue

Hello,
I am currently working on my website and we are having an issue with our import

Every time the wpallimport runs an import with grouped products it’s creating multiple Scheduled Actions “adjust_download_permissions” and they get stuck with error for some reason. I also tried disabling the wp cron and using the linux crontab to execute the actions but without success. “*/5 * * * * cd /my/dir; wp cron event run –due-now >/dev/null 2>&1”
After searching online and speaking with the wpallimport support they said that this is a wc issue and I should ask here for help.

I have disabled all the plugins (except wpallimport) and installed storefront.
The issue still persists.
