Advise for serving cached pages to signed in users?

Hi, I was wondering if there is any advice on how to serve cached pages to signed-in customers? Or serve them faster-loading pages?

I have read some previous forum threads and I understand that the checkbox “Don’t cache pages for logged in users” should not be disabled, because you will end up showing admin bars and confidential information to signed out visitors.

But surely there must be some middle ground for showing some cached parts of the pages to signed-in customers? Because as it stands, it is effectively a bad idea for any customer to sign into their account as they get a worse browsing experience.

Is this simply outside the scope for what W3 Total cache can handle?
