Does the WooCommerce Payments (Stripe Express) account offer the same security features as the Stripe Plugin for WooCommerce?

For example, the Stripe plugin uses Stripe JS to tokenize credit card numbers to make payments keeping card data secure. Reference: https://woocommerce.com/products/stripe/

Are the same underlying PCI compliant features of the Stripe plugin used by the Stripe Express interface?

While I’ve probably missed something obvious, I haven’t found a good comparison between using the default WooCommerce Payments Stripe account and the Stripe Plugin features. If there is one, could you please share the resource link?
