When we submit a form through our contact page, the styles of the messages are not in force and we go to the page with additional text at the end of the URL, such as “/#wpcf7-f4144-p4136-o1”.
When we look in the web developer tools we see this message:
Loading failed for the <script> with source …. /wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/js/index.js?fer=5.4.1″
Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this issue, including:
– enabling styles for Contact Form 7 error and status messages
– retaining the page URL without attaching “/#wpcf7-f4144-p4136-o1” to the URL after we click “Send message”?
