How to fix problem files found on SCAN

Hi all,

I have a website found following problems on SCAN.

1)
File appears to be malicious or unsafe: index.php
2)
WordPress core file modified: index.php
3)
WordPress core file modified: wp-includes/functions.php
4)
WordPress core file modified: wp-includes/template-loader.php
5)
WordPress core file modified: wp-load.php

I have download all files to local PC. Also I have created their duplication on the server of hosting company.

index copy 1.php
wp-load copy 1.php
functions copy 1.php
template-loader copy 1.php

Please advise whether I can click [REPAIR ALL REPAIRABLE FILE] to repair all those problematic files?

What additional precaution I need to take?
