I need help figuring out where to pinpoint this issue so I can fix it. In my [woocommerce_checkout] page, underneath email address is an optional box that whether checked or not, does nothing and doesn’t let the customer know what exactly is being optional. I am using avatax to validate addresses and this doesn’t seem to be the issue, I have deleted the woocommerce paypal payments plugin and reinstalled it (it made no difference being installed and deleted). How can I go about this? It seems it’s for the order notes but it’s hard to sell since you can’t see that either. the other validate address is when the ship to different address is checked.
