How To Make This All Work?

Please help!

I have purchased the CourseWare plugin and also plan to use the Woocommerce plugin to manage ecommerce functions. I am using the Thesis theme. I am struggling to figure out how to set everything up to work correctly for our business model. I am not a developer or tech guy at all really, but rather a business guy.

We have an online e-learning course that will be sold to businesses who will then make the course itself available to their customers for free. So our “subscribers” are business entities who will not be taking the course themselves and we will have “students” who will take the course after being referred by the subscriber.
The subscribers will choose from multiple subscription options. The base subscription will enable them to provide the course to a maximum of 10 students each month. The gold subscription level will allow them to refer a maximum of 25 students per month and the platinum subscription will provide unlimited students per month. Gold costs more than base – platinum costs more than gold and for each option there will be a discounted full pay price if they choose to pay in full for the year rather than pay monthly. So our “product” – the subscription to provide access to the course to their customers – will have at least 6 options each with a different price.

We also need to use multiple URL’s as the course will be presented or offered in different ways. In addition to selling business owner subscriptions we will also sell the course directly to end users or students. The third distribution channel will provide the course for free to end users, but only in exchange for agreeing to receive a particular related product quote.

So – 3 distinct distribution channels for the same course, each with its own unique website home.

For the primary business subscriber channel, while the course itself will remain the same for all subscribers and students — the look/feel of the website must be modified in the header and sidebar such that the course is presented in a private label manner. The subscriber can provide a link to their customers who desire to become students and take the course, when they click the link and go to the course page for that subscriber the main page header and the sidebar will be branded for that subscriber – in effect providing the subscriber with a private label course solution.

We do not want to have a completely separate URL and website for each subscriber as the setup effort required for each would be prohibitive (it would seem…). The header will be static for each subscriber through every page of the course. The sidebar however needs to be customizable such that there are multiple options that will be randomly selected and displayed as the student progresses through the course.

HOW DO WE BEST SET THAT UP?

Each subscriber will need to get email notices when a student enrolls in their private label course along with a notice of completion. Each subscriber will need to be able to get reports showing details on course students along with tallys on how many have been used for the month.

The other 2 channels are easier. The traditional direct to student sales site can be served with the plugins clearly. The free option that requires a quote will need a means through which the quote is completed and verified before the certificate of completion gets emailed.

I really need some help to figure out how to make this all work. I also may seek to hire a WP expert to help me get this all setup and working correctly. PLEASE HELP!
