Quite childish behavior from the owner and shady practices.

Bought 2 years of Premium. After just completely forgetting about buying another year’s subscription I updated the plugin, mostly because I use to update all the plugins regularly to avoid compatibility issues with newer versions of WordPress.

After updating, I cant use the premium modules and you can see the owner let an alpha build slip under his nose allowing users to update to a very buggy version.

And when I ask the owner he says he can not unable the update button for his module. I have bought plenty of other modules, all except this module deactivates the button once the premium time is gone but he claims this is not possible when obviously he doesn’t know how or let users update just to discover all premium modules are disabled or incompatible so you have to buy another year.

The demo website of his page still uses version 5.0.10 which is quite dishonest, because you are not seeing the last build of the plugin.

I tried to speak with the main owner but I just received unfounded accusations of wanting “free stuff” and just “ranting” and that he was very clear about the premium features. What I wanted was a simple backup of the last stable version 5.0.10 to get the modules working again.

After checking other reviews, I see I am not alone in this with people describing similar troubles to mine.

It is sad, because the module worked fine for those two years but this is the typical case of a code developer with no knowledge of public relationships.
