Events Pagination with location not working.

Steps to reproduce error:
1. https://meaningfulmovies.org/events/
2. select “wallingford” from the neighborhood drop down and click the search button
3. Click the pagination link for page 2
4. notice the 404

On the other hand, the following page works fine and you can paginate through past events:
https://meaningfulmovies.org/neighborhoods/wallingford-meaningful-movies/
