I am trying to set up a basic course where I need to use vouchers so that teachers can buy x number of licenses and then students can simply register using the voucher.
Currently, I cannot make the vouchers work. When I try to register a new user and use the voucher, it says the voucher code is not found. Now the plugin was installed in Danish because my WordPress is set up with Danish. Unfortunately, the Danish translation has quite a lot of errors and I’m not should whether or not when It means voucher versus rebate code.
If you try to register on the page, you can see an option that says: “har du en rabatkode” – which should mean a rebate code and not a voucher. But is the default really that vouchers cannot be used by new users? If so: how do I toggle that on?
