Adding new row with formulae

I’m trying formulae in cells for the first time. Very easy and handy. If I add a new row is there any way to have the formulae duplicated?

e.g. If K2 contains =MAX(B2:D2), I’d like to create a new row, where K3 contains =MAX(B3:D3).

I searched through the forum and found this:

which makes me think that it may not be possible. If that’s the case, it’s not a big problem as it would be quite a small table and not a huge problem creating the new cell formulae manually.
