Tables not created after activation

Hi,
I have a problem with wp-staticstics.

I did not have any visitors in the staticstics, but a lot of hits.

Then I checked the log file and found lots of the following error message:
2021-05-23 09:08:40 :: Unknown column 'user_id' in 'field list'

I decided to reset everything an uninstalled the plugin.

After that I had a look in the database and all the tables were not removed, but were still there.
So I dropped the tables manually.

Then I reinstalled the plugin, but the tables were not created again.

The following messages are in the log file:

2021-05-23 10:07:58 :: Table 'poschi_db1.wp_poschistatistics_visitor' doesn't exist
2021-05-23 10:07:58 :: Table 'poschi_db1.wp_poschistatistics_pages' doesn't exist
2021-05-23 10:07:58 :: Table 'poschi_db1.wp_poschistatistics_useronline' doesn't exist
2021-05-23 10:07:59 :: Table 'poschi_db1.wp_poschistatistics_visitor' doesn't exist
2021-05-23 10:07:59 :: Table 'poschi_db1.wp_poschistatistics_pages' doesn't exist
2021-05-23 10:07:59 :: Table 'poschi_db1.wp_poschistatistics_useronline' doesn't exist

I tried to restart the installation routine from the menu “Optimierungen” but this had no effect.

Is it possible to create the tables manually?

Or is there another chance to solve the problem?

Removing and installing did not change anything.
