Hi, I have been trying to submit my sitemap to google search console but it has been showing that Couldn’t Fetch

Sitemap:http://trygrowingseed.epizy.com/sitemap_index.xml
After that i entered my sitemap to url inspection tool and there it showet that
Excluded by ‘noindex’ tag
I have unchecked the discourage search engine option
I have been trying this for many weeks but has not find a solution
