I noticed there was a pending payment bug that was supposed to be solved in the 1.3.1. This issue continues to happen on our side with the latest version 1.3.1.
1. Client pays on Paypal interface on the Webshop
2. Money is taken from the customer’s bank account
3. Money goes to a Paypal owned bank account
4. Money never arrives at the merchant.
We had 3 such orders/cases within the last 3 weeks, one from BE, one from NL, and the last one from DE.
None of the customers got a transaction ID or Paypal either, as their bank statement does not state a Paypal ID. None of them received an email from Paypal, only an order notice with “payment pending” from our Woocommerce system which does not contain Paypal ID.
Also, it is no fraudulent orders, as all clients are real and confirm to have placed the orders!
What we can do? As it is really affecting our business.
