Hi
We have had some customers email us telling us that when they click on “Add to cart’ they are getting a ‘Unable to add to cart’ error message.
We have not been able to replicate this error, although a couple of customers were using Safari and on their mobile phone. But apart from that, no matter what i do I cannot replicate the error.
Is there/was there any known issue in the past? Or is this a known ‘error’ message?
