Custom Confirmation Page – Duplicate message

Hi,

I’ve set a custom page for the Confirmation page in Mailpoet settings:

I’ve followed this support page to add a snippet so that I can customize the message:

Then, when I preview the page, I get two messages: the standard one and the one I customized: https://tinyurl.com/yfvl252w

I don’t really know what I’m doing wrong…
Any ideas?
