Hello,
I have attempted to create video content in the following ways and each time my video gets loaded as a still image.
1. film on iphone, edit in premiere pro, convert to mp4
Result – uploaded video gets converted to image
2. Film on iphone, edit in premiere pro, convert to mp4, then convert to gif
Result – Video is still converted to an image
3. Film on my Canon, file type is automatically an mp4
Result – Video is converted to an image
Please let me know how I can correct this issue as I need to be able to utilize video format. Still images and fitness do not go well.
