There’s something very weird going on with my website.
And this has been going on for serveral months.. I thought it was fixed but not..
It’s about VAT pricing and how it is showing up on my website.
So first things first. In my WooCommerce settings I have everything set to ‘Including tax’. This has been the case for months and haven’t changed these settings in months.
Somehow. I still get emails from customers saying they see the price was low (excluding vat) and when they check out.. the price suddenly gets higher (including VAT). They email customer service to ask why the price is higher.
Where as the price is actually just the same but only gets higher due to VAT but also lots of abandoned carts because of this.
I have turned off all plugins (expect WooCommerce) and waited… disconnected Cloudflare etc but nothing helps.
I have no idea how to fix this issue.
So sometimes I see the correct price with the VAT which is 24,95 of 23,95.
But like today, again I suddenly see 20,62 for the Blue Bottle Product (https://myaquachic.com/shop/1-liter-blue-oceanwaves-bottle/) instead of 24,95.
So 20,62 is the price EX VAT aka the wrong price.
Then after a few hours, I refresh I see 24,95… I am like okay great good price.
I check incognito and in Opera browser: 20,62…… wrong price.
Somebody from my hostinger support also keeps seeeing 20,62.
I am just so fed up with this issue cauz I have noo idea how to fix this.
While I havent changed any settings in Woocommerce.
How can I fix this issue?
