Hi,
We use the Mailpoet sending service for our newsletters. We’ve never had any problem until today.
The newsletter stops sending and gives an error:
You have probably reached the subscriber limit on your account. Manage your subscribers.
You probably had a poor delivery rate. Please contact our support team to resolve this issue.
And then my Hoster searches for it and told me that my account is blacklisted. How can we check if this is the case? And could you set it back?
We’ve sent the first newsletters 2 weeks ago without any problems and didn’t change any settings since then. The System Status in Mailpoet doesn’t show any errors. We’ve also tried different cron settings without any solution. We’ve read and tried all documentation on the MailPoet support pages.
