Error messages in dashboard

When I log into my WordPress site and click over to the dashboard, I see two error messages at the top of the screen:

Deprecated: has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.0.0! Usage of user levels is deprecated. Use capabilities instead. in /home/customer/www/members.growyourmusicstudio.com/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5145

My IT guy sent me this:
“ok we’ve seen this in the error log before…this might need a hard refresh from users…clear cookies, temp files, etc.
here is what my guy said: Actually I couldn’t find any potential errors on members site. This is very strange. I think the issue happens on users end. On their computer or browser level.”

I have no idea what that means and it’s not feasible to ask my users to do a hard refresh on their end? I have 500 people in LearnDash courses on this site.

I do have Hummingbird plugin installed but do not currently have the option toggled on to collect cache from users.

Any suggestions?
