To anyone who can give some advice. We are using WC and Square at our retail store and online shop. Our WC database is our master copy and we push WC data into square. We created a special APP that allows us to control inventory, which we track with square, and price which we track with WC. Saves us time from hoping to different platforms. We are wanting to be able to change the name of the item through our APP since our item names change frequently as our season changes, Tomatoes -> Homegrown tomatoes. I understand I can create new item for this, but it takes a lot longer to create an item than to just simply change the name. From what I understand the API call for NAMES is read only? I was hoping someone had a work around for this, or could direct us as to how to accomplish this?
