country code not translated.

Hi thank you for your great plugin.
my country code & state code don’t translated correctly after check out thank you page & email.

It’s supposed to translate JP == Japan, JP13 == Tokyo.
But not translated. state field show JP13 and country field show JP.

other place was translate correctly.
