Extra user for Woo app

Hi,

In the WP menu/users, “shopkeeper” has way too much rights for a helper that only needs to check for new orders & customer information.

So I do NOT want him to add as user in my WP/Woocommerce site.

How can I manage that he also has access to the Woocommerce app on his mobile phone?
