My organization has been using GiveWP for a couple of years now. We have the full package with most of the good addons. It really has changed the way we do donations for the better. And we easily export donors and donation history into our main CRM program with ease using the onboard tools.
Specific to Support: I hardly ever have to use it, but I had an issue with Recurring Donations yesterday and contacted the Priority Support team. My issue was resolved in a couple of hours.
