Good afternoon,
I’ve just created a subscription popup form with one of the default Mailpoet templates. It looks fine when displayed on desktop, but too wide when displayed on a smartphone screen, so “close” button is not visible and user (if he doesn’t want to subscribe) cannot close the popup form, which remains visible and covering part of the screen.
I’ve played with all the available settings (font size, margins, form width, …) but no positive results.
Just to test it from scratch and make somebody else to try what I mean, I’ve just created a new form by using one of the default templates, without modifying anything (it is as it is, with all default settings, just selected from the template grid).
You can see it on the attached link (test page), after 15 seconds delay: when displayed on desktop it’s fine, but if link is open from a smartphone, popup form cannot be closed because “close” button is out of the screen and not reachable.
Any help on this topic is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
