Add disclosure under post title

Hey, is there a way to add a disclosure under all post titles (just for the posts)? The regulations seem to be changing constantly and it’s quite a pain to go through all the posts to change the disclosures that were manually inserted in each. Adding the disclosure under the post title seems like a neat idea as long as it can be updated for all posts at once. Thanks!
