Critical CSS, copied or excluded from file?

Hi,

I have the Critical CSS plugin enabled on my web page, along with AO.

It seems like the extracted “above the fold” CSS is copied from the CSS file and when running Lighthouse it tells me to remove ~80% of the CSS code in the CSS file.

Is this the way it should work or is there any option to choose?
