I had a glitch with my installation. I emailed SSLZEN. They got back to me within 24 hours offering to schedule an appointment with me. Many time slots were available on the same day as well as several days out. I chose a time that worked for me. The IT expert arrived for the appointment on time, communicated clearly, accessed my screen and fixed the problem within 10 minutes.
